Update sshd algorithms

Cool Fire requested to merge ssh-config-refresh into master
  • Removed NIST-P curves as they are suspected to be backdoored by the NSA.
  • Removed "encrypt-and-mac" algorithms as they may be weaker than "encrypt-then-mac" variants.
